Go Potty Go!
If you need a Potty Training resource, this is my #1 recommended starting point. This DVD is incredible and an ALL TIME Classy Mommy favorite.
I highly recommend this if you are either beginning to Potty Train your toddler or struggling with the process. At 21 months, Mackenzie adored this video and sang the catchy tune - Go Potty Go - all around the house. Cute panda bears sit on potty seats and talk about going potty, wearing big kid underwear, and washing your hands after. At 21 months, and after only watching this video a few times, it really piqued her early interest in Potty Training and she even began requesting to do # 2 on her potty chair - with success! Hooray! Go Potty Go. Ultimately, she was fully trained a few months after her 2nd birthday.
We began showing Kyle this video a few months after his 2nd birthday (a few weeks ago) and in the last week he has now finally been having a transfer of #1 into the Potty every night before bedtime. I really think this video got him excited about all the Potty Training concepts. Boys are tougher to train than girls, but I'm optimistic now that certainly before age 3 he "should" be trained. We'll certainly be adding sticker books and potty training stories to his introduction but this video is fabulous and always my first starting point for any parent when they ask advice.
