Pre iPad I use to scour the Internet looking for awesome dishes to cook. I would print out the recipe, then proceed to make the spectacular dish. No matter how careful I am I would always get something, milk, oil, chicken fat or WHATEVER on the recipe and will have to toss it in the trash.

Then if I ever decided to make the dish again, I would have to reprint the recipe and start again. But ALL that changed now that I have an iPad now I can just take my iPad into the kitchen and follow the recipe from there. The problem with that is I’m a messy cook and I would be so afraid to get something on my new “expensive” recipe book.
