Top 3 Holiday Hair Care Picks!
I sat next to a gentleman on a plane last week who, upon seeing me whip out my arsenal of fashion and beauty magazines, struck up a conversation with me about what he should get his wife for Christmas. Through our conversation, we came to the conclusion that men would have a much easier time shopping for gifts for women if they picked up a few fashion or beauty magazines and thumbed quickly through them during this time of the year. The pages of these magazines are overflowing with suggestions, gift sets, etc. that would make any man's gift-giving nightmare turn quickly into a gift-giving dream. His wife loved "beauty gift set sorta thingies" - so he asked me for some suggestions. Here are 3 quick suggestions for gifts that you can give (or just grab for yourself) that will help you to create a Holiday hairstyle that outshines everyone else in the room. My fingers are crossed that your husbands and significant others are reading this.
1. Ojon Winter Shine & Protect Ritual Kit. This kit, which is formulated without Parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, etc. will help to retain color and give your hair an incredible shine. I love the way my hair feels after I use it for a while, and the kit is actually proven to show up to a 52% improvement in the condition of hair after regular use. This kit includes a shampoo, conditioner, leave-in treatement, and glossing cream. It normally carries a hefty $97 price tag, but you can snatch it up for $44 at Sephora during the Holidays.
2. Pureology's Hydrate Kit. I LOVE this kit, which is available in salons across the country. The shampoo smells great, the conditioner makes the back of my neck tingle (quite literally) from the peppermint essence in it, and the glossing mist? Well, the glossing mist just might be my favorite beauty product of all time. Yeah, I know that's quite the profession of love, but it is seriously that amazing. Just recently I accidentally packed mine in my carry on and TSA confiscated it because it was over the allotted 3.4 ounces. I am not ashamed to admit that I tried to bribe that TSA agent with every other beauty product in my bag if she would let me keep my glossing mist. I'm an addict.
3. Peter Lamas Chinese Herb System Travel Kit. Another natural hair care kit, this time in a travel size. Peter Lamas' set utilizes Chinese Herbs that are shown to regrow hair, prevent early hair loss, and promote overall healthy hair. The travel sized kit makes it perfect for NOT getting it confiscated at the airport when you accidentally leave it in your carry on (not to mention it is just incredibly convenient).
There ya have it! 3 of my favorite Holiday Gift Sets, all in one place!
