Kate and William Reveal Baby's Due Date!
UPDATE: According to many media outlets, the royal baby's due date ha been reported as July 13!
Just when you thought the hoopla surrounding the royal baby had died down!
The Palace released a statement yesterday that Prince William and Kate Middleton "are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July."
And while we’d love to take credit for noticing that the announcement seems to indicate, that she is not expecting twins – they are expecting “a” baby – we weren’t the ones to come up with that on our own! News agencies around the world jumped on it and brought it to OUR attention!
When the palace first announced Kate’s pregnancy in early December, reports speculated that the duchess was about 12 weeks along (which is considered a “safe” time to make a pregnancy announcement), putting her due date in May or June of 2013. A July due date means that they broke the news even earlier – probably because of Middleton’s severe morning sickness, or hyperemesis gravidarum.
"The Duchess' condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month," the statement also said, referring to her recent hospitalization.
Are you excited about the royal baby or are you already tired of hearing about it?
