Angela Burgin Logan
Angela is a wife and mom who is living proof of the saying “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” The Syracuse University grad, who survived a pregnancy-related near-miss and heart failure delivering her daughter Samia, became a staunch health advocate and focuses on getting moms to remember the “me” in “Mommy.” The self-proclaimed “slash” (wife/mom/writer/producer/executive) adds filmmaker to her many titles with her first film that she co-wrote and produced, inspired by her life story, called “Breathe.”

Q: Where do you live and how did you end up there?
A: Buffalo, where I was born and raised. I love to debunk myths about what is often thought of as only a snowy town where hot wings come from. I’m an avid traveler who has been to nearly every state in the country and has had multiple offers to move elsewhere. But coming home to one of the friendliest, prettiest places that offers you all four seasons is what I love to do. And yes, I am a Buffalo Bills fan.
