I’ve learned through the years that a person can only be defined by what they do and like all things in life a person evolves in their interests as well. I love experimenting and finding new ways to cook, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. But that’s the fun part about cooking, you get a second shot at a recipe...just like life.

Q:  Where do you live? (were you born there or how did you end up there?)

A:   I live in LaPorte, IN. I wasn’t born here but moved here for a job fresh out of college.

 

Q:  What’s your astrological sign?

A:  Scorpio

 

Q:  If your life was made into a Lifetime Movie, what would it be called?

A:   The Do-over.

 

Q:  What is one of your favorite quotes?

A:   “Life is what you make of it.”

 

Q:  What TV or movie character are you most like?

A:   My kids say I look like Bruce Willis.

 

Q:  If you could have dinner with three famous people (dead or alive), who would you invite?

A:  Bruce Willis for obvious reasons, Albert Einstein because I’m a bit of a nerd and Bobby Flay so I could get some grilling tips.

 

Q:  What is your biggest vice?

A:   Coffee

A:   My wife.

A:   The first time I asked my wife out on a date.
