OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 9:00:00 AM (ET) ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2009.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Fashion Week Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on September 18, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period includes five (5) separate entry periods. Each entry period begins at 9:00:00 am ET on each day during the Sweepstakes Period and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on the same day (an “Entry Day”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: During an Entry Day, (a) go to lifetimemoms.com and register to become a member (or, if already a member sign in) (b) click the “Beauty & Style” button at the top of the page, (c) click the blog post of Audrey McClelland or Erika Lehmann posted on that Entry Day (the “Blog(s)”), (d) go to the bottom of such Blog post, (e) submit a comment on such Blog post prior to 11:59 PM ET on that Entry Day, and you will automatically be entered (each such comment, an “Entry” in this Sweepstakes). ALL ENTRIES FOR EACH ENTRY DAY MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON SUCH ENTRY DAY. Entries submitted during one Entry Day will not carry over or otherwise be included in the drawing for another Entry Day. No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: Users may enter each Entry Day and may submit as many comments per Entry Day during the Sweepstakes Period as they would like on one or both of the Blogs. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the relevant entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the applicable email. The clock of www.lifetimemoms.com is the official clock for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: A Grand Prize winner for each Entry Day will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Day. Each such random drawing will be conducted on or about September 23, 2009, by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. To be eligible to win, (i) Blog comments must be relevant, appropriate, and substantive relative to the Blog topic at hand, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion and (ii) Blog comments must not be submitted after 11:59:59 PM ET on the Entry Day the relevant Blog post is posted to www.lifetimemoms.com. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on their www.lifetimemoms.com registration.

4. PRIZES AND ODDS: Five (5) Grand Prizes (one per Entry Day): Each Grand Prize winner will receive $200 in the form of a check made payable only to winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize $200.00. Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,000. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries received during relevant Entry Day. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are the age of majority or older in their states of residence as of September 14, 2009, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Lifetime Entertainment Services (the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

6. VERIFICATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential Grand Prize winner for any reason. Each Grand Prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, publicity release. The affidavits/releases will be sent to Grand Prize winner by email, postal mail or overnight delivery. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential Grand Prize winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the affidavit/releases are not returned within five (5) days after mailing to potential Grand Prize winner, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Grand Prize winner, such Grand Prize potential winner’s prize may be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected. If any potential Grand Prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of her/his name, address (city and state), likeness, and/or Grand Prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Sponsor and judges not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, (b) defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise; or (c) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of her/his Sweepstakes entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its respective affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud, misconduct or Sweepstakes entry affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, prize winner agrees to release the Sponsor, its respective parents, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way (“Sponsor Entities”) harmless by prize winner or their heirs against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this Sweepstakes.

8. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. WINNERS’ NAMES: To obtain prize winners’ names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Fashion Week Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners’ Names Request, Lifetime Entertainment Services, LLC, 111 8th Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10011, Attn: New Media Department. Prize winners’ names request must be received by September 18, 2009. Prize winners’ names will be sent after selection and verification of winners. Prize winners’ names also will be available on www.lifetimemoms.com after selection and verification of winners.
