I'm not generally one to make small talk, or to discuss the weather, but I can't help but ask you (in my best southern drawl) - "how 'bout this (hot as Hades!) weather we've been havin'?"
We've had a bit of a reprive from the insanity here in Southern California, but my Facebook feed has been blowing up with friends scattered in various corners of the country who feel the need to take photos of their thermostats with captions like "OMG it is FO' REALS 106 degrees here - and in case you're like, international or in Canada or something - that's 41 DEGREES CELSIUS Y'ALL".
Also, apparently all of my friends talk like wannabe gangsters. I don't know what's up with that.
Anyway, I get it. It's like, super hot there. It's super hot everywhere from what I gather. It's like, a heat wave or global warming or something.
