Baking French Fries
I recently tested out three different methods of baking french fries to see which produced the crispiest fry possible without tossing the potatoes into a vat of oil.
First, I baked and baked again. Then I tried soaking them in hot water for a while prior to baking. Finally, I boiled and baked.
