Surprise Your Little One With This DIY Hoppy Easter Lunch Box
I made this Hoppy Easter Lunch for my son and wanted to share it with you. It is always fun to celebrate with your little ones. In fact my husband was so impressed with this lunch he asked for one too!
Featured in the Hoppy Easter lunch is a Bunny shaped pizza made using a cookie cutter and pita bread. I toasted the bread and added a little pizza sauce and feta cheese (you can use any cheese) and finished it off with some parsley for color, and then toasted it again to slightly heat the sauce and melt the feta. I added a thin slice of carrot and green pepper for the eyes and nose but you could use other veggies too! My son loved it!
I decided to use green and orange as my theme. For the sides I used veggie chips and baby carrots to go with a single serve Wholly Guacamole. I love to include something to dip at lunch, it adds a little fun. I added a cute Easter Bunny Pick for his carrots. My son loves to eat his veggies with a tooth pick and a helpful tip, he eats more this way!
I also included a GoGoSqueez and a Clif Zfruit rope. To drink, I added a juice box. You could easily serve milk too but I wanted a package that was orange. He was thrilled with his Hoppy Easter lunch.
