Your New Workout Playlist: 19 Songs That'll Make You Sweat
When I walk in the club... This is what I siiiiing...
Here's what I've discovered: If I am working out, and I'm not listening to a song that has hard core bass and generally, hard core language, then I'm gonna lose my mojo. For me, I'm entirely motivated by music that has a beat- a strong beat, a beat that you can feel in your chest. This is why high impact/cardio classes like "Drenched" are so great for me- the music is blaring as I kick and punch the air like it's a guy I hate.... But I digress.
This spring, I'm all about being my healthiest self; I thought I'd share with you a list of songs that I highly recommend you add to your playlist. I can guarantee that these songs will make you run faster and your butt appear smaller. Kind of.
Oh... and this mix? Go explicit/deluxe. With your heart pounding, you'll need swear words to get you through your workout (and what's coming through those earbuds can be your little secret).
