11 Great Summer Dresses Under $50

The countdown is on - I'm getting married in approximately 5 and a half months! Equally as exciting? I'm heading to Bora Bora for my honeymoon in, oh, say, 5 and a half months and TWO DAYS. I can't wait. I've been diligently shopping around for honeymoon clothing - it's hot in Tahiti and I will need enough clothing to last me for 10 days - and we're talking daytime outfits, bathing suits, cover ups, plus outfits that I can wear out to dinner. Oh, and I need clothes for my rehearsal dinner and other pre-wedding events.

Hands-down, my favorite summer wardrobe item is the dress, and I'm on the hunt for lots of them. Dresses are a no-brainer - you don't need to match up tops and bottoms - one piece and BOOM - you have an entire outfit. Most summer dresses can be punched up with heels and great accessories, or paired down with a pair of bejeweled flip flops - you can't go wrong.

Now that Spring is officially here, I figured it was a good time to share a few of the great dresses that I've found online - and these dresses can take you anywhere - from a friends wedding, to a barbeque, to dinner, and even on vacation on Tahiti.
