Deirdre shares with us her road to becoming an entrepreneur and about her company.

My sophomore year in college, I took introduction to silversmithing, and after the first day of class, I called my parents and said, “I know what I want to be when I grow up!” Twenty years later, I am still passionate about making jewelry. I think I am an inspirational business leader in that I work to encourage women to encourage each other, simply by remembering them with a gift that will delight the wearer. Women enjoy wearing jewelry and giving gifts, and for many of us, it is not about fashion. Our jewelry means something to us, and I like to create jewelry that shares joy, love, and faith. Why would others root for my success? Simply because I am just like them, an everyday woman with a dream and a passion to turn that dream into reality.

I passionately create joyful gifts and jewelry celebrating life and faith. My work speaks to the everyday woman who wants to encourage her family and friends, who wants to celebrate occasions, both little and big, with a meaningful gift, who believes faith is an integral part of life.

I'm very passionate helping the community as well, We have a line of dog tags called "Reach the World" that we sell where a portion of the profit goes to support mission work in China.
