Choose a Look: Casual Mama + Dressy Mama

I don’t know what your Mother’s Day plans are this year, but my special day is definitely going to be low key! With just a little over a month to go until we’re due to meet our lady bean, I’m feeling like taking it easy and letting my hubs spoil me. Luckily, he’s pretty darn good at that!

He’s going to be cooking for me AND my mama, so we can just sit back and relax! Clearly, with easy breezy plans like those, a dressed up look isn’t going to be necessary for me. I’ll probably wear something similar to this.

Notice my comfy tank and maxi skirt. Comfort is definitely the name of the game these days! That being said, you know I’m still a fashionista at heart, so I had to add a couple of fun statement pieces to my ensemble!

I can’t imagine all of you are so pregnant you can no longer encase your sausage like feet in anything but flip flops, so I’ve put together both casual and dressier look ideas for you for Mother’s Day.  Some of you might be going to a fancypants brunch, which would sound lovely, were I not retaining so much water I felt like a water balloon that’s seconds away from bursting, so you’ll probably want to get all dolled up…and I don’t blame you one little bit!

Whatever your plans are, there’s no reason you can’t look cute, whether you’re dressing up or down!
