Father’s Day Gifts for AFTER the Kids Go to Bed
I don’t know about you lovelies, but I’m guilty of wearing some less than attractive ensembles to bed. Luckily, my hubs is very good about making me feel beautiful in anything I have on, but he’s been such a rock star throughout this difficult pregnancy of mine, I think he deserves something a little cuter hopping into bed with him than what he’s used to! Haha!
He’s truly the best daddy I know and while I have some G-rated goodies to give him from the kiddos and I, I plan on going the extra mile to let him know just how appreciated he is this Father’s Day!
If you’ve read my previous posts, you know that I’m about to pop. Our lil’ lady bean is due in mere days and let’s just say that the old baby bump is by no means tiny. So, I’m sure you can imagine that lingerie is not exactly appealing to me at the moment. Just because I won’t be letting a teddy anywhere near my body, doesn’t mean I can’t come up with a cute getup.
I concocted a few bedtime looks that any mama can rock…from a VERY pregnant chick like myself to a gal who has her pre baby body back already!
1. His button down and a strand of pearls: If you can show me a dude that doesn’t love seeing his lady decked out in one of his shirts, I would be shocked! I love the idea of adding a feminine element like pearls to the look.
2. His favorite team t-shirt and sexy athletic socks: Throw on a t-shirt from his fave sports team and some knee high athletic socks and get ready for your guy to drool!
3. A classic chemise: There’s nothing wrong with going the traditional, sweet little nightie route!
