Okay, seriously, the race is on! Now people are starting to talk about summer plans, trips, barbecues... This means it's crunch time. Literally. This year, I refuse to get to the beach only to wish I had worked out harder. However, like everyone else, I don't have any time, so I  need ways to tighten and tone (the rear!) and work up a sweat. Well, fitness expert Jennifer Cohen of No Gym Required, stopped by again to show me some awesome moves anyone can do from home!
