Look Ma, No Hands! Makeup You Can Apply While Otherwise Occupied
Whether you're nursing a newborn or simply juggling the insanity that is the morning get-'em-up-get-'em-out-the-door routine, chances are, you're make-up routine takes places in two minutes. (And those two minutes might actually take a half-hour to accomplish, given that you're doing it in 15-second increments.)
That's where having just the right tools makes all the difference, and in this case "right" means things that you can either apply with one hand, or that don't require an extra brush or added steps. (After all, a brush is just something to either misplace or have to clean!)
1. Benetint Cheek and Lip Stain by Benefit. All you need is an index finger and a dream...of rosier cheeks. Just dab a teeny bit on your cheek (and lips, if you want) and blend. Be sure to move quickly though, so the stain doesn't set. But you're already moving fast, no doubt.
2. Stila Smudge Crayon Waterproof Shadow + Primer + Liner. That's a lot of plus signs in that product name, and thank goodness for every single one. One swipe and your lids are good to go! My favorite everyday shade is Antique -- a shimmery, rosy-beige that isn't trying too hard.
3. Garnier Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller. The cool metal roller gives tired eyes a boost, while the easy-to-blend concealer hides those circles and bags. No puff, brush or sponge needed.
