Q:  If I were a dance style, people would definitely call me…

A:  “the Disco.”

 

 

Q: What three adjectives best describe your personality?

A: Easy going, happy and caring.

 

 

Q: Stress-- how do you handle it?

A:  I think about it internally and then discuss it with my husband and friends.

 

 

Q: What is your favorite way to unwind and spend some “me time”?

A: Me time is definitely having a glass of wine, talking on my phone, or just watching the shows I have taped!!!

 

 

Q: Do you cook? What is your favorite recipe?

Yes, I cook. My favorite recipe is "Monday Chicken".  I buy kosher chicken (my family likes the breasts with split ribs), cover it with garlic powder, and paprika, put one inch of water in a baking pan and cook it for one hour on 350. Then, I cover the chicken with Saucy Susan Peach Apricot Glaze and cook another half hour. I serve it with canned peaches.

 

 

Q: What is the best piece of advice you ever received from your parents?

A: Pick your Battles!!!

 

Q: What is your biggest regret?

A: I have no regrets! I love my life!

 

 

Q: What is your biggest pet peeve about other moms in the competitive dance world?

A: That some moms cannot give another child a compliment!!!

 

 

Q: What lessons do you hope to teach your children as they grow up?

A: That they should be honest and respectful - and work hard. Then they can accomplish anything they put their minds to.

 

 

Q: What would you prefer for your children after they graduate high school: Broadway or College?

A: Education is a priority so college for sure, unless they go to NY and do both.

 

 

Q: What were you like in high school?

A: I loved high school. I played varsity basketball for 4 years, and was lucky enough to meet the two best friends ever!!!

 

 

Q: What makes you feel sexy?

A: My HUSBAND.

 

 

Q: What’s your idea of the perfect ladies’ night out?

It can be out dancing and drinking or just home all together!!

 

 

Q: What is your idea of the perfect “romantic night out”?

A: Sometimes the unexpected nights out turn out to be the most romantic!

 

 

Q: What advice do you have for moms out there who think their child has what it takes to be a dance star?

A: My advice is don’t push them to hard - let them push.  Take them to a lot of conventions and auditions!!!
