Can you imagine a world without women? Lifetime's new unscripted series will explore modern gender roles and find out what happens when the women of Yemassee, South Carolina leave town, leaving the men behind to run their households, businesses and community on their own. "The Week the Women Went" premieres Tuesday, August 14 at 10/9c.
