As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, Nicole spends time to make home-cooked meals for her family, ensuring that her daughter only eats food that is unprocessed and nutritious. Her goal in life is to make sure her daughter has everything she needs to grow up to be a strong, confident and independent young lady. Q: What is the best way to get on your good side? Bad side?
A: The best way to get on my good side is to smile. Have an attitude and you are sure to tick me off!!
Q: Name one thing people would be surprised to find out about you!
A: I think people would be surprised to know that I am Hispanic my mother was born in the Dominican Republic and she grow up in Puerto Rico.
Q: Have you ever had any parenting “fails”?
A: I believe I have parenting fails everyday. It is important to know that I am trying and will continue to do my best. I have the best intentions.
Q: Do you consider yourself an “extreme mom”?
A: I have no idea what an "extreme mom" is. I am extremely passionate about being a mom and I want to be involved in all aspects of my daughter’s life. I do find myself being more laid back than I ever imagined I would be as a mom.
Q: Name three things we’d never find in your kitchen!
A: My husband, unopened bottle of wine and fish (I can't stand seafood).
Q: Would you ever get plastic surgery?
A: Silly question. Duh???
Q: How did you decide to name your daughter McKinley?
A: I struggled with finding a name that my husband and I agreed on for months. During this process I drove by a street on a daily basis that was named Mckinley and every time I passed it, it made me think. I really liked the name and it was unique. Surprisingly Craig agreed
