Absolutely! Have you seen a woman's boobs after she's breastfed a few kids? Those things are flatter than pancakes. Mother Nature must have a serious mad-on for men. How else can you explain things? Guys are attracted to a woman's chest. It's just in our genes. So of course, it's only when a mom's nursing that her rack is literally bursting at the seams. Yet it's hands off completely for the guys. Nope, it's not until she finally stops breastfeeding her kids for good that we get our favorite toys back. And at that point, those banana boobs are barely recognizable.
I know, I know. She can wear crazy sexy outfits and push-up bras to get the same effect. And sure, those are all great and highly encouraged. But they only get you so far. Guys actually like to free those puppies when they're having sex. So once the clothes come off and it's full-on action time, implants would just make things more fun.
Okay, so if my wife doesn't want to go under the knife, that's fine. It's not like I'm going to force her to get a boob job or anything. And of course, I'll still love her and still think she's sexy. I'm just saying that things could be even more fun if she does opt for the implants. Heck, I'm sure my wife would be happy to see me grow in certain ways. Good thing the technology's just not there yet...

I might get a lot of detractors, but I am vehemently opposed to moms getting boob jobs -- because it sends the wrong message to your kids. I have no problem with childless women who don't have a young impressionable soul looking up to them, soaking up their every decision getting breast implants, because their actions will have no ripple effects.
But when a mother makes the decision to drastically alter her physical appearance purely for cosmetic reasons I think it send a message to their children that the answer to issues of self confidence can simply be corrected by going under the knife and changing something as superficial as the size of your breasts. Of course we all know that changing the way you look, while it can enhance a low self-image- is not the panacea it appears to be and it can send kids the message that all problems can be solved via altering their appearance. Case in point (and slightly off topic- but I think TOTALLY relevant) the story of 650 pound virgin -who drastically lost weight only to gain 250 lbs back, because ultimately fixing the outside--did not magically wipe away or even address the underlying issues that caused him to eat so much in the first place- is proof that fixing the outside doesn't mean the inside won't still be broken. Bottom line: Mothers may not realize how their every action is being carefully examined and internalized by their kids, and a boob job sends the message that fixing the outside will fix the inside too.
Of course I understand that looking good on the outside can enhance how one feels on the inside-- but when you have kids- perhaps there are other ways to improve your physical appearance without having to so drastically alter it. Get a padded, push up bra, try chest exercises with weights and special toning moves. I mean, is having bigger breasts (which my M.D. husband has told me based on having seen and felt the breast implants of his patients how both unnatural looking and feeling they are--I know what a TOUGH job he had!) worth having no sensation whatsoever in your nipples??
