Capricorn Mom Horoscope: February 13 – February 19
Never has your tongue been sweeter than now, Capricorn! Mercury, planet of communication, and dreamy Neptune are aligned in your third house of communication beginning Monday - if there's something you want to say, this is the week to say it. Have you always wanted to start a blog, but wondered if anyone would actually read it? Enough wondering: your writing will be read, Cap, and not only that, it will be admired for its style, technique, and...drumroll please...it's content. Mommy blogosphere, look out: there's a new blogger in town, and she's got a lot to say!
Be attuned, too, for ways that you can help out the town or neighborhood in which you live. Are the community gardens in your area involved in winter composting or spring planting, or does the public library need volunteers for story time? Involve your kids in these projects, as well; after all, what little kid (or big kid, for that matter) doesn't like digging around in the dirt or listening to stories read by her mom? Additionally, you could be asked to help your neighborhood association prepare for upcoming summer activities, or even nominated for a governmental position of some kind. Accept opportunities with grace, and where you can spare the time and energy, be generous with your talents.
Just be sure not to take on too much, O Ambitious One...balance may be an issue for you now, Capricorn, so if you feel overloaded in an area of your life, ask another person to bear some of the weight you've been shouldering. If you're not a single mom, stop acting like you are! And if you ARE a single mom, lean on your family and close friends for the support you need.
As for romance this week...this Tuesday's not just Valentine's Day, but it's also a day of transit for the moon. While the moon's in your social eleventh house in the daytime, get out and about: meet mom-friends after you drop the kids off at school, or have a lunch date with your closest pals. Towards evening, the moon moves into your sleepy twelfth house, putting you in the mood for a quiet night in instead of raucous, romantic night out. Instead, curl up with your hubby and your kiddies for an early dinner and bedtime, or if you're single, light some incense and do some healing work around past loves and past heartbreak.
