Heather Locklear Plays the Ultimate Bad Girl in "He Loves Me"
There is nothing better than kicking back after the kids are in bed so you can watch Heather Locklear do what she does best - play a character who you think is good but secretly is really, really, really bad. Locklear makes her long awaited return to television starring in the psychological thriller "He Loves Me" which premieres Monday, March 7 on Lifetime Television.
The film is pretty intense and starts out with a racy scene featuring Locklear having a steamy affair with a hunk named Sam in the middle of a Seattle walkway (luckily no one is watching - well maybe one guy is but we'll get to that in a minute). We soon learn that Locklear's character Laura is a semi-happily married mom who by day, works as a real estate agent and by night, meets her lover for steamy trysts. Thank goodness her daughter has an early bedtime.
During a therapy session, Laura admits to her shrink that she has no idea why she's having an affair and blames it on her troubled childhood. In a subsequent session, Laura breaks down when she suspects her straight as an arrow cardiologist husband may be cheating on her too. Determined to save her marriage, Laura breaks it off with Sam but not before someone snaps a photo of the pair and she's convinced her husband is having her followed.
"He Loves Me" has so many twists and turns that you will be on the edge of your sofa the entire movie! Locklear has an uncanny way of playing good girls gone bad and this film is no exception. For a split second, you'll feel bad for Laura and her predicament, until she confronts her husband's alleged girlfriend and her actions will completely shock you.
I promise not to give anything else away - but if you're like me and love a good movie that'll have you guessing whether the lead character is good, evil or a complete psycho, then make a date with "He Loves Me," premiering Monday night at 8pm on Lifetime Television.
