Pisces Mom Horoscope: April 23 – April 29
The best way to expand your horizons now, Pisces moms? By being in communication with people that inspire you! Thanks to the harmonious conjunction of the Sun in your third house with Mars in your seventh house, meeting, greeting, and then dishing with the peeps you respect the most will give the motivating energy you need to better your own game. While it's important to trust in your own ideas, of course, there's much to be said for learning how others have dealt with the same obstacles and risks that you're now facing. Juggling kids, a career, and a relationship (for coupled Pisces moms) is no easy task...and adding a personal project to the mix? Fuggedaboutit. Lean on old and new friends alike for support, advice, and inspiration. Teamwork, and especially partnership, is the name of the game this week: be on the lookout for likeminded peeps who might have partnership potential, even if it's just on the short-term. Already partnered for love or business? Build upon these relationships now, Pisces, and if necessary, rebalance the workload if there are some existing imbalances.
If there's a particular subject area that interests you, visit your local bookstores, libraries, and museums for opportunities to listen, discuss, and network. Make sure your kids have access to intellectual stimulation as well, especially if you have the suspicion that their school isn't providing enough in the way of enrichment. Pick up some great workbooks or computer games that your kids can work on at home, or talk to your child's teacher about some ways to enliven these final days of the school year.
This weekend's all about giving back—focus on your talents and your interests (and those of your partner and your children), and find some great organizations and activities that would benefit from what you all have to offer. Is there a playground that needs some TLC or a community garden that needs help with compost collection? Nominate you and yours to help with these efforts, Pisces moms, and give generously of your time and your energy. And you never know whom you might meet while pulling weeds or painting park benches—a future friend (or partner, for all of you single Pisces moms) could be as community-minded as yourself.
