Things I'm Obsessed With Right Now...

Every few months, I have obsession turnover- some call it ADD, I call it enthusiasm.

a few of the things I'm currently smitten with: Sweet buttery caramels are taken to the next level with the salty crunchy addition of pretzels. I think no more words are necessary. We discovered these on a recent trip to Park City- more about that later. All I can say is, when you're there, check out the Park City Waldorf Astoria- it is truly a world class gem. And, go to SugarBuzz in town to score these babies.

Eminence Skin Care Line I was introduced to this biodynamic line at the Golden Door Spa at the Waldorf in Park City- I brought home an anti-aging set with lemon cleanser that smells like I'm eating lemon meringue pie. (Combining 2 of my fave rituals- pie eating and face washing=genius!) The Eminence Organic Skin Care line offers a truly exquisite experience with products that are so natural that you can see the fresh fruit pulps, seeds, and smell the real herbs. As a longstanding product junkie of epic proportions, I have to say: this stuff is pretty amazing. The eight green whip moisturizer? MWAH. Belissima. Singer Stylist Sewing Machine I bought myself this little number for Christmas- see, here's the thing. I've always known I would love sewing, if it weren't for all the needle threading and bobbin winding. This machine seems to take some of the tricky parts out of it- PLUS I bought a big old magnifying glass, just in case. I'm so wicked farsighted, I have to hit my six year old up to thread needles usually. I just know that as soon as I plug this baby in, Martha Stewart will be running for cover. First up in my sewing world domination: A spiderman pillow for W., 4, and a multicolored mini quilt with yellow backing for E., 6. I really didn't know what to sew for my 14 year old: a manga quilt??? An IPad??? Something to text on? That will require a bit more learning.
