I am a mom of nine children. Two of them are my birth children, and seven step children. They are all my children to me. Almost all call me mom. All of them live, or have lived with my husband and I. These children have given me such a gift.I'm also blessed to now have three grandchildren. I could never imagine my life with out them. My husband works full time on the Groton Subase, and is retired military. I'm a stay at home mom. For me that is a full time job. I don't receive a weekly pay check. I receive so much more everyday. Being a mom is the most rewarding gift I could ever receive.
