Two-In-One Lens for a Two-Year-Old Birthday Party! (Video)

This past weekend, I attended my nephew's 2 year old birthday party. It was a beautifully sunny (and not so un-seasonally hot) Southern California day- truly a perfect day to celebrate Josh's "big boy" birthday party. As a mom and blogger, I'm almost always the one taking pictures of the kids or family-- Every now and again, I pass off my camera, or attempt to do a self portrait while holding the camera away from our faces... but I'm seldom satisfied. Once I got my hands on the Tamron lens, however, the "party pictures" really changed.

This high quality, ultra compact lens is like two lenses in one. You don't have to switch lenses to get close ups or candid portraits, or action shots like blowing out the birthday cake or sliding down the slide. Plus, with a great camera, I was able to pass off the camera, lens and all to friends and relatives to catch me and my ice cream faced boy enjoying the party.  It was a great day and I'm thrilled we'll all have the pictures and memories captured forever!
