During this time of year, we are accustomed to getting a little more sugar. It’s hard to avoid the sugar plum fairies and the sweet potato, apple pie of it all during the holidays. So I’m usually ready for it. I’ve got my plan to resist. But you know what can happen to the best plans. Resistance was futile when my daughter and I came down stairs this morning.
