Kids as young as 3 and even teenagers will enjoy working out with you. A fitness DVD like Zumba helps young children focus and build spatial awareness. For older kids it helps develop their self-esteem and positive body image.

I especially like the ballerina Bill made because as a father of a dancer he knows that you have to cross the ribbons and wrap it around the Achilles heel and up the leg.
